Sharing access to your Wix account allows the WP Sprints team to manage domain settings directly, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot any issues efficiently. This approach ensures minimal downtime during website setup or maintenance, optimizing your site for both performance and security.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to your WIX Account
2. On the Right, click on My Sites and click on Go to All Sites:
3. Select the Domain you want to delegate access to and click Select Site.
4. Choose Settings, then click Roles & Permissions:
5. Under the Roles & Permissions, click the Invite Collaborators button:
6. In the Email field, enter: support@wpsprints.com
7. Under Billing Roles tab choose Domain Manager as the Role.
8. Click the Send Invite, and you’re done!
9. Please let our Support Team know once you’ve delegated access.
